(UN)TOLD
The creative conjuring of Amplify Collective has created a fracture in recorded history through which omitted narratives flow. The chronicles of endless systems of oppression are being overwritten. (UN)TOLD summons the energies of our ancestors to converge at Mackenzie House, together we affirm their experiences, and we carry the weight of intergenerational trauma.
UNBREAKABLE
People in positions of power and their systems of oppression exert intense pressure on historically oppressed individuals and communities. Still we rise! We will not crumble in the face of this Intergenerational Trauma. Instead we continuously challenge racism, sexism, poverty and injustice. United we push back against these oppressive systems, the patriarchy and inequity.
The strength that exists within our communities and the weight of injustice is woven within this performance through the use of symbols, body movement, music, distressed textiles and elaborate, wearable sculptures. Individually we endure, but collectively we are UNBREAKABLE. Together we continue to heal!
REBOUND

DISORDER
Mental illness is something that affects many individuals. It can create an invisible barrier that separates you from friends and family. DISORDER represents Allie Amplify’s journey through the chaos of mental illness. It was challenging to constantly question reality, if she couldn’t trust her own thoughts and feelings how would she cope with life?
The intensity of the emotions is captured within this collection by a vivid colour palette, repeating patterns and transformative outfits. Pushing back against her issues has brought a level of self awareness and creative expression to her life. This is the foundation from which she strives to create and connect with others.
WASTELAND
In a dark dystopian future the world is in turmoil. On the outskirts what remains of the human race struggles to survive. Society as we know it has collapsed and the military is on the brink of a nuclear war.
Across the barren WASTELAND rebel warriors battle for the upper hand, toxic fumes rise into the overcast sky and scavengers steal from the weak.
The gritty intensity of survival is captured in this collection through the use of distressed textiles, elaborate wearable sculptures, and a combination of feather and faux fur accessories. WASTELAND depicts a turbulent future, where hope is fleeting and desperation plagues the earth. Can humanity survive the apocalypse?

PLEASURE explores the desires that cause your heart to flutter, your mind to race, and your spirit to soar. Featuring avant garde wire sculptures, flowing fabrics and opulent accessories, this collection will transport you to a space where anything is accessible.
Open your mind to the endless possibilities, be free of social restraints and let your imagination run wild. It's the little things in life that make it sweet. From favourite foods to favourite positions, from the thrill of control to the freedom of expression - Indulge with PLEASURE and live the fantasy!
LEGEND
The Canadian sky shimmers with stars and becomes drenched with layers of vivid colors. Flowing lights dance across the vast expanse to illuminate the darkness, creating cosmic ambiance for the tales which are painted across the starry sky. LEGEND finds inspiration among the stars, each look from the collection is based on a unique constellation.
The intensity, beauty and ferociousness of the Canadian wilderness is captured within this collection through a focus on wire sculpture, color palette and mixed media. LEGEND brings to life the uninhibited energy of the wild!
